Wedding & Event Planner

$15 – $20 an hour

Needed: Someone who is super organized, who is always on time and can manage all of the details of any event; a great sense of style in dress and interior design; gets along with and connects with most people they meet; dedicated to what they do and have the willingness to work hard to get the job done; loyal, long term growth and stability are important to them.

Compensation for this position is based on skill and experience. $15 – $20 an hour starting pay is typical. No college degree or experience needed, only a burning desire to be a wedding industry professional. We are looking to train a wedding & event planner who has a passion for perfection to work with our extraordinary brides to create the wedding of their dreams. Keeping track of all the details of each event and following up on them daily is a must. You must be able to navigate complex computer systems and have common sense to make quick decisions. You must have the ability to listen closely in order to accurately plan and execute the event envisioned by your clients and must be good at defusing stress when family members or clients are upset. Your loved ones must be willing to accept the extra hours or holidays you will need to spend if you have a large wedding or event scheduled.
